Chunky Hoops with Aurora Opal Charms

I love including Aurora Opals in my jewellery. It is a manmade material that has all the flashy magic of Aurora Borealis and of natural Opals but much cheaper and more durable.
These hoops are chunky, made out of 2.5mm thick solid sterling silver round wire. Their diameter measures 18mm and they have a post and butterfly closure. The Aurora Opals are 10mm in diameter and have been set in solid sterling silver rub-over handmade settings. The loop bails allow them to easily move around on the hoop but I have soldered balls onto the end of the hoop to ensure the charms stay on.
Total weight of each hoop, including the charm and butterfly, is 4.1g.
