I was asked to make a pair of Thistle cufflinks for a graduation present, earlier on in the year. I hadn’t really thought about how well my Thistle Talisman Pendant would work as cufflinks but they really do.
An all important symbol of Scottish heraldry that appears everywhere in Scotland and symbolises strength, bravery and determination. Thistles are also seen as a good luck charm and are believed to offer protection to those carrying or wearing them.
These are chunky and tactile, solid sterling silver cufflinks, with a swivel bar for fitting. The thick Thistle circle is 17mm in diameter and with the cufflink fitting soldered to the back the total weight of each cufflink is 7.9g.
Each cufflink is hallmarked in Edinburgh.
One pair available and they are ready to post.
The Thistle cufflinks will arrive in a Silverpickle gift box, tied with ribbon and includes a little polishing cloth.
